The hotel is conveniently located just one block from the beach, making it a great spot for beach lovers. The rooms, although on the small side for the price, were clean with fresh linen. The service was top-notch, with super friendly and very helpful staff. The location is perfect for beach and town access, while the dining options offered tasty dishes. Overall, a nice hotel with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and comfort. Although the outside lights were a bit too bright at night, we found the rooms spotless and we're already planning our return to this fantastic place in Old Orchard Beach.

The hotel rooms could use better blinds or curtains to block the outside lights at night. My room was located around the back, not what I expected based on the website, and faced the hotel trash cans.

The hotel was located around the back, far from a king, and lacking end tables for water glasses during the night. However, it could benefit from better blinds or curtains to block the blinding outside lights at night.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were on the small side for the price, but they were exceptionally clean. Despite the constant noise from the trains running all night, we still plan to go back as it was the best place we have stayed at in OOB.
